A Milestone Rises at the Power District
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (September 9, 2026) – Larry H. Miller Real Estate and the Larry H. Miller Company marked a defining milestone at the Power District with the placement of the final, highest steel beam for Rocky Mountain Power’s new corporate headquarters.
This marks the first major vertical development at the Power District, and it’s an exciting sight to see rising on the skyline.
The 10-story, all-electric campus is a meaningful step for the west side. It is also the beginning of something bigger: a connected district designed to enrich lives for generations to come.
