Stephen James guided the realization of Daybreak's physical characteristics from the project's inception. His determination to transform the market from sprawling, resource-intensive development toward a walkable, center-based pattern helped make Daybreak the perennial best-selling master-planned community in Utah and earned national recognition as a model of smart, sustainable placemaking. Now, as Chief Visioning Officer for Larry H.
